Ryan Gosling Goes All Out To Support Co-Star’s Charity Efforts
Ryan Gosling isn’t just good looking and talented he’s also a very generous guy…
Ryan Gosling may play a vicious gangster in upcoming film, Only God Forgives, but off screen things played out very differently as his co-star revealed just what a generous gentleman the A-lister is.
Actor Gordon Brown who worked alongside Ryan Gosling in the film told The Sun how the star was keen to support the charity set up in his daughter’s name and even signed items to be auctioned.
Gordon said: ‘I was talking about my family and my daughter’s charity and he [Ryan Gosling] told us he would do anything at all that we needed him to do.
‘It [the film Only God Forgives] was set in a boxing club for Muay Thai so we got a few pairs of shorts and he signed them. Kristin Scott Thomas, who is also in the movie, signed them too. We’ve sold some off on auction and we’ve still got another pair up for grabs.’
Ryan’s charitable side wasn’t the only thing that won his co-star over, it was his personality too, Gordon added: ‘I half expected Ryan to be a bit of a k**b but he was amazing — really humble and nice. The movie is filmed in Thailand and all of my scenes are with him.
